The rural hotel and restaurant Biniarroca is located on the outskirts of Sant Lluís. It has 18 rooms and a gastronomic restaurant. Biniarroca works with sustainability and ecology criteria in all its services, and they have also eliminated single-use plastics. They have certifications such as Plastic Free Balearics and Menorca Biosphere Reserve.
Platform
The PFM PLATFORM is formed by all those entities or organizations that are working towards a Menorca without Plastics and that want to coordinate their efforts with the Alliance.
To be part of the PFM PLATFORM, the entity (public or private) must carry out actions or projects to reduce plastic pollution on the island.

Es Bec d'Àguila
Es Bec d'Aguila is an agrotourism that is rented exclusively for weeks including all meals and services for up to 22 people. It is based on a high-class accommodation model with high environmental commitment through zero plastic protocols, low energy consumption, use of local and seasonal products and the importance of the rural environment in the tourist offer.
Fruits sa Lluna & Gourmet
Fruits sa Lluna & Gourmet Ferreries is a small shop that offers local fruits and vegetables, products from Menorca and nearby, sausages, cheeses and jams. It has a wide selection of local wines and other denominations, as well as a section of delicatessen products. With a sustainable approach, they also offer bulk products such as legumes, pasta, wines and detergents, avoiding the use of plastics to take care of the environment.
