Guía de alternativas honestas a los plásticos de un solo uso
Within the framework of the project Plastic Free Balearics, a guide has been published for companies in the HORECA sector to facilitate purchasing decision-making with less environmental impact.
The guide has three purposes:
1. How to identify an Honest Alternative and replace single-use plastics. Tips for eliminating unnecessary products or replacing them with products with less environmental impact.
2. How to identify a false alternative. Information on the meaning of labels and tips for identifying greenwashing.
3. Provide a list of single-use plastics and their alternatives, identified according to their impact index. Useful tool to measure, compare and improve the environmental impact of commercial activities.
